PREMIER OASIS SALES ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Permits & Regulations
Premier Oasis is not responsible for permits, zoning, covenant searches, or homeowners’ association
approval. Customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with all local regulations before purchase.
2. Payment Terms
Any balance due must be paid in full at delivery.
3. Custom Order Policy
All orders are custom-built. Customer has 48 hours from the time of purchase to request changes. After 48
hours, a $300 change fee applies, and some changes may not be possible once production begins.
4. Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total purchase price applies to all orders.
5. Electrical & Plumbing Hookups
Customer is solely responsible for providing and arranging all electrical and plumbing hookups. Premier
Oasis is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation or connection after delivery.
6. Product Use & Warranty
– Premier Oasis is not responsible for damage caused by improper electrical connections, misuse of
appliances, or unauthorized modifications made after delivery.
– Fire, personal injury, or damage to personal property resulting from the use of open flames, gas appliances,
or other combustible materials is the sole responsibility of the customer. Customers should follow all safety
guidelines provided by appliance manufacturers.
– Appliance & Component Warranty – All appliances and components carry only the manufacturer’s warranty;
Premier Oasis provides no additional warranty or guarantee on these items.
– Craftsmanship Warranty – Premier Oasis warrants the building shell (wood construction only) against
defects in craftsmanship for 5 years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear
and tear, cosmetic changes, or damage caused by misuse, neglect, or acts of nature.
7. Customer Acknowledgment
By signing below, the customer acknowledges that they have read and agreed to these terms and authorizes
any remaining balances to be charged to the payment method provided (if applicable).
