At Premier Oasis, every outdoor kitchen is built-to-order based on your selected roof, siding, and trim colors. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final after production begins. Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.
You have 48 hours from the time of purchase to request any changes to your order.
After 48 hours, a $300 change fee applies, and some changes may no longer be possible once production begins.
All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total purchase price.
Once your unit enters production, the 50% deposit becomes non-refundable.
No cancellations are accepted once the order reaches the final stages of production.
Because each outdoor kitchen is custom-built to your specifications, returns and refunds are not accepted after delivery. Please confirm all selections and site requirements before placing your order.
Every Premier Oasis unit is inspected prior to shipment. Upon delivery:
Inspect your order thoroughly before signing the delivery receipt.
Any visible damage must be documented with photos and noted on the delivery paperwork.
You must report damage or defects within 48 hours of delivery for resolution.
If damage is confirmed, Premier Oasis will:
Repair the affected area, OR
Replace the damaged component at no additional cost
Appliances & Components: Covered exclusively by the manufacturer’s warranty (handled through BBQGuys).
Craftsmanship Warranty: Premier Oasis warrants the wood building shell against defects in craftsmanship for 5 years from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic changes, misuse, neglect, improper installation, or acts of nature.
Customers are responsible for obtaining permits, zoning approvals, and HOA clearance prior to purchase.
Customers are responsible for site preparation, including level ground and proper electrical and water hookups.
Premier Oasis is not liable for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or modifications made after delivery.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that:
The purchase is final once production begins.
You may not dispute the charges as unauthorized or fraudulent after order confirmation.
You have read, understood, and agreed to all terms prior to payment.
